I'm not sure why this book doesn't have more reviews as it is a very cute, lighthearted little gem of a book. Not to mention a very, very sexy cover. I love the cover on this book. The story itself has some steamy moments that are just as sensual and this is one case where you can judge a book by its cover.Both of the MCs are well drawn and the story line is one I haven't read before. I really felt like I was in the story with them and the Victorian details were very interesting without being over the top. I hope the author is going to write about more of Noel's family as I can't wait to read about them based on how much I liked Noel himself.
I do wish it was longer. It seemed to end just when it got going. I could easily see it as the beginning of a much longer story.
Anyway, I recommend this to anyone who likes a bit of magic in their books and needs something enjoyable to read that won't cause any angst or keep them up late trying to finish it as it is easily read in a short amount of time and leaves you smiling.

History buffs are sure to love reading about the past as Noel and Shelby learn to explore their feelings. Now if only she can figure out a way to give us each this little piece of miracle!
What a wonderful Christmas-themed novella! I thought it was the perfect fantasy romance.
The background Holiday is a family run business, and every member of the Holiday family was born on – you guessed it – a holiday. In this story, Noel, the eldest son with a Christmas birthday, gets sucked into a Victorian winter wonderland with Shelby, a sweet, unassuming accountant that works for Holiday. Both have been quietly attracted to each other for a while, but their passion really explodes when it’s just the two of them in a mysterious, magical house.
The characters were both likable and believable; their relationship developed at an accelerated pace, but it worked very well within the story line. Icing on the cake the steamy chemistry between these two made for some great hot scenes.
Yes I am reading a Christmas book in June. Perhaps I am hoping for some of that snow we got this winter to cool things off a bit. This book is not going to cool anything off. In fact I think it rose the temperature a degree or two.
Noel Holiday (HERO) works for the family greeting card company as a designer and is asked to check out the new Christmas display to see what is missing from it. When he gets there what he finds is Shelby Carter from accounting who is intent on the village. When they touch hands and the village at the same time they find themselves transported to the Victorian village or at least the house. Complete with Victorian clothing and condoms.
Once they discover there is no real way to escape they decide to make the best of it and let their attraction for each other takeover. But will it last when they are returned to reality?
I really enjoyed this book. And when you read any Ellora’s Cave book you know you are going to get sex scenes that are hot and detailed. I personally would have liked more about when they got back to reality, it seemed rushed. A couple more pages might have done the trick. But the book was very well written and edited and I fell in love with the Characters.
If you are looking for something to heat things up, this will do it.
Not a sweet holiday romance, but a hot magical romp. Sex was explicit so reader be warned this one will heat you up on event the coldest nights.
It's a erotica/romance novel so you've got to believe that it only takes a few short days for the characters to fall in love which is hard but not impossible to do. I thought it was a decent story and I do want to read more of this series which is a bonus but I think I was craving more. Just because I wanted more doesn't mean that it was any less enjoyable for what it was and I would recommend this story for a good short read.
I liked this book! I liked the story line, the character and the action was oh so super-hot!! The story is set around the Christmas holidays and there is a little holiday magic happening that sweeps the two main characters into an enchanted Christmas Village display. Noel and Shelby have always had an attraction to each other, but because Noels family owned the company and there was a strict no fraternizing policy, and Noel is kind of Shelby's boss - they both ignored how they felt. But once they are stuck together - they can't fight their attraction anymore.
